Anna joined our team in August 2021. She grew up in Holmfirth, Yorkshire. Loving the area, Anna continued on to attend the Leeds Dental Institute where she graduated with distinction in 2014. During her training at Leeds she was awarded prizes in periodontology (gum health) and paediatrics as well as The Percy Leigh Medal for the most meritorious performance.
Anna achieved membership of the Joint Dental Faculties at The Royal College of Surgeons of England (MJDF exams) in 2016 and completed a one-year restorative training course in London between 2016 and 2017.
In 2022 Anna completed an intensive 2-day oral surgery course and 3-day tooth preparation course. In addition Anna has had experience working as a locum TMD speciality dentist at the Manchester Dental Hospital, helping people with problems with their jaw joints and muscles.
Outside of dentistry Anna enjoys sport including running, climbing, swimming and badminton as well as spending quality time with her young family.
Anna loves the variety of general dental practice and looking after people of all ages. Since graduating Anna has spent a lot of time reintroducing dentistry to those who have not seen a dentist in many years and particularly enjoys helping anxious patients to rebuild their confidence in dentistry.
