What could be causing my bad breath?
Bad breath is a very common problem and there are many different causes. Persistent bad breath is usually caused by the bacteria that coat your teeth, gums and tongue. So it is very important to have your teeth cleaned regularly and correctly.
One of the warning signs of gum disease is that you have bad breath or a bad taste in your mouth. Your dental team will be able to see and treat the problem during your regular check-ups. The earlier the problems are found, the more effective the treatment will be.
I am not registered but would like my teeth cleaning. Is this possible?

I’m worried about mouth cancer. What are the symptoms?
Oral cancer can appear in different forms and can affect all parts of the mouth, tongue and lips. It can appear as a painless mouth ulcer that does not heal normally. A white or red patch in the mouth can also develop into a cancer. It is important to visit your dentist if these areas do not heal within three weeks. If you aren’t sure, go for a check-up anyway.
At what age should I start taking my child to see the dentist?
We recommend introducing your children to the practice at an early age and we encourage you to bring them along with you to your check-up appointments, even when they are very young. This gets them used to the feel of the place and the surroundings.
Regular check-ups should be given as soon as your child is comfortable enough to allow the dentist to do this.
